Know who's calling before you pick up
When the phone rings, the caller's number fills in on your till automatically. If they've ordered before, their name and address appear too, so your team can take the order the moment they answer.
Why takeaways and restaurants use caller ID
Quicker phone orders
The number is already filled in, and regulars' names and addresses appear on screen, so there's no asking for details again.
Fewer mistakes
No misheard numbers or mistyped delivery addresses for your repeat customers.
Calmer Friday nights
When the phone keeps ringing, your team can see each call on the till and keep orders moving.
How it works
The Artech VR1 caller ID box connects to your restaurant's VoIP phone line. When a call comes in, the caller's number fills in on your till. For repeat customers, their name and address show up too.
- Caller's number filled in automatically
- Name and address shown for repeat customers
- Works with VoIP phone lines
- Included in the Essentials plan
