Terms of sale
The terms that apply when you buy hardware from OnePlusTwo through this website.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. About us
This website is run by ONE PLUS TWO EPOS LIMITED, trading as OnePlusTwo, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15177821). Our registered office is Business Innovation Centre, Binley Business Park, Harry Weston Road, Coventry, CV3 2TX. You can contact us on +44 24 7775 2650 or at accounts@oneplustwo.co.uk.
2. These terms
These terms apply to hardware orders placed through our website. Please read them before you order. Some sections apply differently depending on whether you're buying for a business or as a consumer (an individual buying mainly for personal use), and we've made this clear where it matters.
These terms cover hardware only. Our point of sale software, licences and support plans are not included in hardware prices and are provided under separate subscription terms (see section 4).
3. Placing an order
When you place an order, we'll show you an order reference and send you a link to pay. Your order is accepted, and a contract between us is formed, once we've received your payment and confirmed your order.
We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we can't deliver to your address, or there's an error in the price or description. If we decline an order after you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
4. Software is not included
The prices on our hardware ordering page are for the hardware only. They do not include the OnePlusTwo software you need to use it, such as our point of sale, kitchen display or self-service kiosk software.
To use your hardware with OnePlusTwo, you'll need an active software plan, which is billed monthly and separately from your hardware purchase. Plans start from £49 a month + VAT. Additional licences, for example for an extra till, kitchen display screen or customer collection screen, are £19 a month + VAT each, and kiosk software is £59 a month + VAT, or £19 a month + VAT if you're already on a plan. Current prices are shown on our pricing page.
Software plans are provided under our separate subscription terms, which we'll share with you when you sign up. Buying hardware doesn't by itself commit you to a software plan, and the hardware you buy is yours to keep once paid for.
5. Prices and VAT
Product prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT at the current rate, currently 20%, is added at checkout. Next day delivery costs £4.65.
We take care to make sure our prices are correct. If we find an error after you've ordered, we'll contact you to ask whether you'd like to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is taken securely by our payment provider, Viva, using the link we give you after you order. Please include your order reference when you pay. We don't see or store your card details.
If we haven't received payment within 7 days of your order, we may cancel it.
7. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the UK. Next day delivery means we aim to deliver on the next working day after your order is confirmed, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by stock levels, courier delays and events outside our control. We'll let you know if there's likely to be a delay.
Someone may need to be available to receive and sign for your order. The goods are your responsibility once they've been delivered to you, and they become yours once we've received full payment.
8. Checking your order
Please check your order when it arrives, and tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged, so we can put it right quickly. If you're a consumer, this doesn't affect your legal rights.
9. Cancelling and returns
If you're a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at accounts@oneplustwo.co.uk. You must then return the goods within 14 days of telling us, in their original condition. You'll need to pay the cost of returning them, unless they're faulty. We'll refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. We may reduce your refund if the goods have been handled more than is needed to check them.
If you're buying for a business, there's no automatic right to cancel once your order is confirmed. If you change your mind, contact us and we'll do our best to help. We may agree to accept unused goods back in their original packaging.
10. Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, contact us and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Our hardware also comes with the manufacturer's warranty, and we'll help you make a claim if needed.
If you're a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. These terms don't affect those rights.
Our responsibility doesn't cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, wear and tear, or repairs or changes made by anyone other than us or the manufacturer.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.
If you're a consumer, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses, as our consumer sales are for personal use only.
If you're buying for a business, we're not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.
12. Events outside our control
We're not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If this happens, we'll let you know and do what we can to reduce the delay. If the delay is significant, you can cancel your order for a refund of anything you've paid for goods you haven't received.
13. Your personal information
We use your personal information to process and deliver your order, as explained in our privacy policy.
14. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
15. Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a problem with your order, please contact us on +44 24 7775 2650 or at accounts@oneplustwo.co.uk, and we'll do our best to sort it out quickly.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on this page when you placed it.
