Taking bookings over the phone ties up your team during service, and a booking diary is easy to get wrong. With OnePlusTwo online table bookings, guests book themselves at any time of day and can only choose tables that are actually free.

How it works for your guests

  1. They fill in their details: name, email, mobile number and how many guests are coming.
  2. They choose a date and time. Only times within your opening hours can be booked, and days you're closed show no times.
  3. They tell you what you need to know. Guests can mark a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary, tell you about allergies and leave a note.
  4. They pick a table area and a table. A "Table area" dropdown lists the parts of your restaurant, such as the ground floor and upstairs. Each table shows its number and how many seats it has. Unavailable tables show in red and can't be picked, and guests who don't mind can choose "No preference".
  5. They confirm the reservation. One tap and the booking is made.

Live table status from your restaurant

Table statuses come straight from your restaurant, so what guests see online matches what's happening on the floor. If a table or an area is unavailable, it shows as unavailable straight away.

Why it helps

  • Fewer phone calls during service
  • No double bookings, because guests can only pick a free table
  • Guests choose their spot, which makes special occasions easier to get right
  • Allergies and occasions captured with every booking, before guests arrive
